Reservations for the Grande Bay Deluxe room cancelled seven days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
Reservations for the Grande Bay Deluxe room cancelled less than seven days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges.
Reservations for room types other than the Grande Bay Deluxe cancelled three days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge or 25 USD.
Reservations for room types other than the Grande Bay Deluxe cancelled less than three days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges.
A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.

No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
This property charges a 15 USD resort fee, per room, per night. This fee provides unlimited access to the Spa and Fitness Center, unlimited use of the tennis courts, daily in-room coffee, daily newspaper, unlimited local phone calls, unlimited incoming faxes, unlimited 800 number calls, second housekeeping service and shuttle to select Sanibel area attractions.
